Pay Rates: £16.00 per hour PAYE inclusive of holiday pay or £19 umbrella
Hours / Working Days: Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm Friday: 8:30am – 4:30pm - 37 hours per week

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Officer to join their motivated and forward-thinking IT team. Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support through a responsive and professional Service Desk
- Deliver excellent customer service backed by strong technical knowledge
- Support a range of IT activities including:
- Hardware commissioning and decommissioning
- General IT support tasks
- Work closely with Technical Analysts to ensure effective issue resolution
- Contribute to maintaining efficient and reliable IT services across the organisation
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft technologies (essential)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- ITIL knowledge (desirable but not essential)
