Salary: £18 - £32 P/H

The role

• Assess and monitor patients' health conditions

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Assist in surgical procedures and post-operative care

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

• Provide emotional support to patients and their families

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop care plans

• Educate patients on managing their health and medications

• Advocate for patients' well-being and rights

• Ensure patient safety and infection control measures
