Job title: Emergency Care Practitioner

Location: Southend on Sea

Salary: £40 - £40 P/H

The Role

• Rapidly assess and triage patients with acute injuries and illnesses

• Perform comprehensive physical examinations and order diagnostic tests

• Interpret diagnostic results and make timely treatment decisions

• Administer life-saving interventions, including CPR, defibrillation, and ACLS

• Stabilise trauma patients and manage medical emergencies

• Provide pain management and wound care

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care

• Communicate effectively with patients and their families

• Keep accurate patient records and documentation

• Work efficiently and calmly under high-pressure situations

• Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients in distress

Nursing Requirements

• NMC registration

• 6 months’ experience within a UK healthcare setting

• Right to work in the UK
