Job title: Advance Nurse Practitioner

Location: West Thurrock

Salary: £40 - £50 P/H

The Role

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments

• Diagnose and treat various medical conditions

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans

• Prescribe medications and adjust dosages

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests

• Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention

• Manage chronic illnesses and monitor patient progress

• Collaborate with healthcare teams and specialists

• Advocate for patients' healthcare needs and preferences

• Stay current with evidence-based practice and research
