• Medicines Management: Support medication supply, reconciliation, and accuracy checking
• Clinical Support: Assist pharmacists and ward teams to optimise patient care
• Quality & Compliance: Maintain adherence to GPhC standards and Trust protocols
• Teamwork: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support patient flow and discharge

Requirements

• GPhC registered Pharmacy Technician
• Recent UK hospital pharmacy experience
• Right to work in the UK
