The Opportunity
This position offers a platform for a focused professional to lead complex hearing assessments and rehabilitation. You will utilise your clinical expertise to provide evidence-based solutions, ensuring that every patient pathway is optimised for the best possible auditory outcomes.
The Impact You’ll Make
- Clinical Delivery: Conduct specialised audiological evaluations and create comprehensive management plans tailored to the specific needs of patients across all age groups.
- Skills: Maintain high standards in the fitting and fine-tuning of hearing technology, ensuring technical accuracy through the use of modern diagnostic software.
- Quality & Compliance: Adhere strictly to HCPC or RCCP regulatory standards and local Trust protocols to maintain clinical excellence.
- Competencies: Manage clinical sessions efficiently, demonstrating the initiative required to navigate a busy caseload while supporting multidisciplinary team objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience within the NHS or an equivalent clinical environment post with UK right to work status.
- Credentials: Mandatory degree-level qualification in Audiology and current HCPC/RCCP registration.
- Logistics: A motivated approach to patient care and the ability to travel to Norwich as required for the place ment.
