The Opportunity

In this role, you are the expert in diagnostic clarity. By merging advanced ultrasound techniques with a patient-centric approach, you will transform complex physiological data into the vital insights required for life-changing interventions and comprehensive maternity care within a prestigious Luton service.

The Impact You’ll Make

• Clinical Delivery: Independently perform and report on a wide-ranging list of ultrasound examinations, including general abdominal, small parts, and specialist obstetric/gynaecology scans.
• Competencies: Utilise cutting-edge ultrasound platforms to ensure the highest fidelity of diagnostic imaging and data capture.
• Quality & Compliance: Adhere to the highest professional standards, operating within 7 established healthcare frameworks and HCPC guidelines.
• Skills: Contribute to the seamless efficiency of the imaging department through effective workload management and proactive multidisciplinary collaboration.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous and relevant experience within an equivalent clinical environment, with full UK right to work. 
• Credentials: A mandatory degree in a relevant field alongside a Postgraduate Diploma or MSc in Medical Ultrasound and professional registration (HCPC/NMC/GPHC).
