One of our clients,a Children and Young People’s Service in Coleraine, is looking for a Band 4 NISCC registered social worker to join their expanding Residential Team.

They are open to speaking to candidates on band 4 level with a view to offering a long-term contract with an hourly pay rate of £13 - £16 P/H.

Essential criteria to be considered for this role:

• Ideally, prior Healthcare or Social Work experience; however, candidates with overseas experience as a Social Worker or healthcare worker will be considered for this role

• Holding an Occupational Therapy degree (MSc or BSc) and full HCPC registration will be beneficial, and this role may potentially allow progression to a Band 5 courtesy of the hiring manager further down the line

• Have access to own vehicle for work purposes – due to the nature of the role, a car is required, and the Client doesn’t provide pool cars for locums

• Be available to commence the role within a maximum of 2 weeks from the confirmation and happy to commit to a minimum period of three months
