• Clinical Delivery: Execute comprehensive health assessments, administer complex wound care, and manage medication regimes, including insulin and syringe drivers.

• Quality & Compliance: Maintain rigorous NMC standards and Trust protocols, ensuring all community health interventions meet national safety benchmarks.
• Operational Success: Lead multidisciplinary coordination by collaborating with social services, schools, and local agencies to advocate for improved healthcare access.

Requirements:

• Experience: A minimum of 6 months’ experience within a UK healthcare setting.
• Credentials: Valid NMC registration and a relevant Nursing degree.
• Logistics: Must have the Right to Work in the UK and provide valid UK references; car ownership is highly preferred for community travel.
