We are currently recruiting for an experienced Band 5/6 Medicines Management Technician.

Requirements:

• Previous hospital pharmacy experience is essential.
• Experience working directly on hospital wards.
• Confident undertaking drug histories and medicines reconciliation.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Relevant pharmacy technician qualifications and registration.
