Your World Recruitment Group (YWRG), a multi-sector recruitment agency, has been awarded a silver accreditation against the Investors in People Standard, demonstrating their commitment to high performance through strong people management.

YWRG was established in 2005. Operating within multiple recruitment sectors, including healthcare, education and professional industries, the company employs just under 250 members of staff across offices in the UK, Ireland and Australia.

In 2017, YWRG won ‘Best Healthcare Recruitment Company to Work for’ at the Recruiter Investing in Talent Awards, held at The Brewery in Central London.

Investors in People is the international standard for people management, defining what it takes to lead, support and manage people effectively to achieve sustainable results. Underpinning the standard is the Investors in People framework, reflecting the latest workplace trends, essential skills and effective structures required to outperform in any industry. Investors in People enables organisations to benchmark against the best in the business on an international scale.

Paul Devoy, Head of Investors in People, said: “We’d like to congratulate Your World Recruitment Group; the Investors in People accreditation is the sign of a great employer, an outperforming place to work and a clear commitment to success. YWRG should be extremely proud of their achievement.”

Commenting on the award, Tony Moss, CEO of YWRG, said: “We’re thrilled to be accredited as Investors in People. As a company, we always put every effort into ensuring that our staff or ‘Your Worlders’ feel comfortable and confident in their working environment. What we invest in them always comes back to us in talented, happy and innovative employees.”
