COMMUNITY PSYCHIATRIC NURSE (CPN)

Our client is seeking a full-time agency CPN to support their services on an agency locum basis.

Banding for the role:

• Band 6

• Locum Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN)

Area where the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT)/Service is based:

• The Claybrook Centre, 37 Claybrook Road, London, W6 8LN

Do you need to be a car driver?

• YES - but it’s not essential.

Additional Info:

To be considered for this role, you must be an experienced Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) who can demonstrate your skills and knowledge in a clinical environment, and you must be a team player, as CMHTs can prove to be very stressful if you are not helping your colleagues efficiently and effectively. Your written and spoken English must be of a very good standard to ensure communication is not a problem.

Working Pattern:

Working Days: Monday-Friday (37.5 hours per week)

Shift Pattern(s): 09:00-17:00

Length of Placement:

Full-time ongoing agency locum role

Hourly Rates of Pay:

Days (Mon-Fri): £27

The above rates are based on an Umbrella Company payment method.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 months’ post-qualification experience (either in NHS or Private UK Hospitals)

• Minimum of 6+ months’ recent experience working in NHS CMHTs

• Valid NMC Registration as a Mental Health Nurse

• PMVA / MAPA Training Certificate

• BLS or ILS / Manual Handling Trainings

• Online Mandatory Trainings Evidence

• RTW Documents (Passport / Biometric Residence Permit / VISA)

• 2 x Proof of Address (Drivers License / Utility Bill / HMRC Letter)

• Up-to-Date CV (Microsoft Word Format)

• Full-time agency availability / Flexibility in the approach to shift patterns

• Immunisations Evidence (Immunisations Report)

• Nursing Diploma Certificate

• Valid DBS Certificate / DBS Update Service Info
