Job Title: Plumber

Hours: 37.5 hours per week 

Pay: £15ph - £18.79ph depending on experience. 

Details of assignment:

Carry out work activities which are both routine and non-routine. 

Carry out new works, repairs and routine planned maintenance activities to mechanical and heating, hot and cold water plant, equipment and services.

Carry out reactive work requests, minor new installation requests and weekly planned preventative maintenance dockets efficiently.

Escort contractors carrying out inspections, installations

Strictly adhere to the relevant policies and procedures, maintain tool lists and comply with Health and Safety and Security Regulations

Qualification

Minimum NVQ Level 3 in plumbing, refrigeration or mechanical services

Specialised in a mechanical service (i.e. Gas, refrigeration, heat pumps)

Water safety Training

Must be a manual car driver
