ICT Support Technician

Location: Bicester 

Job Type: Temporary 

Duration of booking: Expected to last end of July 2025 with possible extension

Proposed start date: ASAP

Pay Rates: Up to £15.50 per hour Umbrella or £14.00 per hour PAYE inclusive of holiday pay

Hours / Working Days: 37.5 hours per week / Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

Based: Office / Hospital 

Additional.

Previously done laptop builds from an image, good customer / interpersonal skills. Must be able to drive to other sites as and when needed.

Main duties include:

• Ensuring equipment is asset tagged and recorded according to Trust requirements.
• Building and deploying laptops with Windows 11 using SCCM where training will be provided.
• Engaging with end-users to support them in transitioning to new devices/systems
• Receiving and safely disposing of old equipment
