Job Summary:
This is a temporary assignment to support key transformation initiatives within the Trust. The successful candidates will bring substantial experience in leading large-scale operational change within a complex NHS or public sector environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide senior-level HR support for organisational change programmes and workforce transformation.
- Lead and advise on complex workforce planning, consultation processes, and organisational redesign.
- Partner with Executive and Senior Leadership Teams to develop and implement workforce strategies.
- Ensure compliance with NHS employment law, policies, and procedures throughout the change lifecycle.
- Drive best practices in change management, staff engagement, and communication strategies.
- Contribute to equality, diversity, and inclusion outcomes in organisational change.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior HR colleagues and project support teams.
Essential Requirements:
- Substantial experience at Band 8b/8c level (or equivalent) within NHS or public sector HR.
- Proven track record in delivering and leading large-scale operational and organisational change.
- Strong understanding of NHS terms and conditions, consultation procedures, and employee relations.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent senior-level HR experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Immediate availability (pending compliance clearance).
