The Role - 15 MONTH CONTRACT

This opportunity is ideal for passionate Learning Disability & Autism (LDA) Social Workers who are committed to championing person-centred care and improving outcomes for individuals with complex needs. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to assess needs, coordinate care and support packages, and uphold safeguarding and advocacy principles. This role is perfect for social workers with strong decision-making skills, a deep understanding of the Mental Capacity Act and Care Act, and a drive to promote dignity, independence, and choice for every service user.

LDA Social Worker Requirements

• Social Work England registration

• Experience working with adults or young people with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism

• Strong knowledge of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and relevant safeguarding legislation

• Minimum 6 months experience in a UK statutory setting

• Right to work in the UK

• UK-based professional references
