Housing management experience is essential Experience / knowledge of Tenant management organisations (TMO's) is desirable.

As a TMO Officer, you will be the key liaison between the Council and TMOs, ensuring residents receive high-quality housing management services. You will coordinate service delivery, monitor performance, and support governance and financial oversight. This is a dynamic role that combines strategic oversight with hands-on support.
• Act as the main point of contact for TMOs, supporting them in delivering resident-focused services. • Monitor compliance with the Modular Management Agreement and ensure KPIs are met. • Coordinate TMO activities with council departments and external partners. • Lead on audits, performance reviews, and resident ballots. • Support TMOs in governance, training, and effective communication with residents.
Essential Criteria
• Experience in social housing and knowledge of legal/regulatory frameworks. • Strong communication and IT skills (MS Office proficiency essential). • Understanding of contract monitoring and governance. • Ability to work flexibly, including occasional evenings for meetings. • A valid driving licence with a car to use for work.

· Deal with any Safeguarding issues that might arise, in line with the Council’s policies and procedures
