Requirements:
The successful candidate must have the following criteria:
Working within a Multidisciplinary Team (MDT)
- Actively contribute to MDT meetings by offering clinical insights and collaborating with fellow healthcare professionals to deliver holistic, person-centred care.
- Partner with the Clinical Governance Lead to ensure all clinical practices align with the company’s mission, vision, and values.
Community Engagement & Service Development
- Apply your clinical expertise to the development of community resource materials, ensuring they are informative, accessible, and reflective of the diverse needs of our community.
Qualifications & Experience (Essential)
- Current and unrestricted registration with the GPHC (Pharmacist) or NMC (Registered Nurse).
- Current registration as an Independent Prescriber
- Demonstrable post-qualification experience in a relevant clinical setting.
- Ability to work in a remote role for telehealth-based gender-affirming care.
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, confidentiality, and GDPR requirements.
Beneficial Experience
- Proven clinical experience in gender-affirming care and hormone therapy.
- Experience working with LGBTQIA+ and gender-diverse communities.
- ADHD Experience
- Menopause experience
