The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Band 6 Pharmacy Technician trained in Medication Reconciliation to join a busy NHS hospital team in Southend-on-Sea. This is a ward-based, near-patient role working across adult inpatient areas, supporting safe and effective medicines management within a multidisciplinary team.

An ACT role within the dispensary may also be available for suitable candidates.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 months NHS or UK hospital pharmacy experience.
• Pharmacy Technician qualification with active  registration.
• Experience working within ward environments and adult inpatient services.
• Medication Reconciliation experience essential.
• ACT accreditation desirable.
