The Role
Work in a fast-paced clinical setting, supporting medicines management and improving patient outcomes. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective treatment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct medication reviews and provide clinical advice
• Manage complex caseloads using advanced pharmacology knowledge
• Ensure compliance with GPhC and Trust standards
• Support discharge planning and team coordination

Requirements

• UK pharmacy experience and Right to Work
• MPharm (or equivalent) and GPhC registration
