Occupational Therapy Team Manager

Your World is currently seeking an experienced Team Manager for work on a locum basis. You will be joining an outstanding team within a well-known Council in Enfield.

Who are we looking for?

As Team Manager OT, you will have the knowledge, skills and qualifications to take on the role. You must possess a kind, confident and motivated personality with the ability to communicate to an exceptional standard with both patients and colleagues.

OT Team Manager overseeing a busy in-house therapy led reablement service. You will work closely with the CQC Registered Manager and OT Assistant Team Manager to deliver a reablement service focussed on supporting residents to achieve independence following hospital discharge and residents in the community. You will be responsible for the supervision of OT staff, delivering a therapy led reablement service, ensuring the service is outcome focussed and meets the goals of the residents using the service. You will be responsible for triaging referrals and working closely with the registered manager to ensure in house care capacity is being utilised effectively.

Requirements

• Full OT qualifications

• HCPC registration

• UK Occupational Therapy experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication
