What you need

The successful candidate must have the following criteria:

Requirements:

• GPhC registration or equivalent 
• Minimum 5 years qualified as a pharmacist
• Minimum 2 year qualified as an independent prescriber
• Experience in online prescribing OR specific clinical experience in diabetes or weight management
