Role Details
- Salary: £45,000–£50,000 per annum
- Employment type: Full-time
- Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
- Hours per week: 35
- Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage all operational and digital systems, including:
- CRM platforms
- Email, webchat, and voice systems
- Workflow assembly and automation
- Payment systems
- Website and CMS (WordPress)
- Manage and optimise system integrations
- Oversee data, access, and document management using Google Drive
- Deliver induction and training for staff on all systems
- Support operational delivery in a telehealth / clinical environment
- Ensure systems are scalable, secure, and compliant with healthcare standards
- Act as a bridge between clinical teams, administration, and technology
Other Systems in Use
- Semble (clinical / practice management system)
- Hiver (shared inbox and communication management)
- Experience with similar systems is acceptable.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong CRM and systems management experience
- Hands-on technical knowledge across digital operations
- Experience with integrations and automation tools
- Understanding of remote-first or telehealth businesses (highly desirable)
- Experience operating in a similar telepath or clinic setting
- Organised, detail-oriented, and process-driven
