Duties: 

• Meeting and greeting patients
• Answering phone calls and email correspondence 
• Booking appointments 
• Processing new patient registrations 
• Dealing with prescription requests 
• Keeping the reception area tidy 
• Logging patient details 
• Administration support for the managers and clinicians
