iGPR Expert- DSARs Administrator  

Salary: Salay £25,798.50 per annum (with opportunities for bonuses and pay increases) Hours: Full-time, remote working (with equipment provided) Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays (England), plus an extra day off if your birthday falls on a workday Location: Remote (occasional travel to Bromsgrove HQ for training)

About the Role

• We are seeking highly focused and detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team as iGPR Experts. You will be responsible for processing Subject Access Requests (DSARs), insurance reports, DWP forms, and other medical documentation on behalf of GP practices through our Managed Service.
• This is a crucial, data-sensitive role requiring exceptional accuracy, professionalism, and an ability to handle potentially distressing content.

Key Responsibilities

• Process DSARs and medical reports using iGPR software
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and data protection policies
• Maintain high accuracy and quality standards
• Meet daily activity targets and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Provide outstanding customer support to practices using our software
• Take and apply feedback constructively for ongoing improvement
• Occasionally attend in-person training at our Bromsgrove HQ

Person Specification

Essential:

• Comfortable reading sensitive and potentially distressing medical information
• Excellent proofreading and attention to detail
• Strong understanding of DSARs and Information Governance principles
• Reliable internet connection and home working environment
• 100% focus and minimal distractions during working hours
• Receptive to feedback and committed to quality improvement
• Consistently strong performance in output, activity, and accuracy

Desirable:

• Background in medical administration or Primary Care
• Prior experience handling DSARs professionally

Not Suitable For:

• Candidates seeking work-from-home flexibility for personal convenience
• Individuals with high-distraction households (e.g. small children, loud house shares)

Performance Monitoring

• Daily activity is tracked; 88–90% activity level expected (excluding breaks)
• Monthly audits (5 checks) to ensure quality compliance
