JOB TITLE: Clinical Operations Coordinator
MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE:
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to ensure the smooth and efficient monitoring of our daily operational workflows. This role is critical to meeting service level agreement (SLA) targets and requires a commitment to covering weekend shifts and bank holidays on a rotating schedule. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a meticulous approach to data management.
Location: Fully Remote / Own Laptop required.

Hours / Working Days: 5, 7.5 hour shifts between 8am -10pm across Monday – Sunday + Bank holidays

Key Responsibilities
Shift coordination and reporting
- Manage daily rota updates and workflow allocations for the clinical team, ensuring any adjustments are communicated to the team
- Communicate any workflow changes with the clinical team
- Coordinate overtime requests with the clinical teams
- Manage, communicate and monitor the AVC rota to ensure full coverage and adherence to capacity targets
Queue management and triage
- Daily monitoring of audio visual consultation (AVC) metrics, such as AVC attendance, AVC booking rate and communicating to the Operations Analyst when service performance is at risk.
- Coordinate with Prescribers and CS team to ensure a smooth customer journey for AVCs.
- Monitor and manage clinical operations queues on the Prescribing Interface, Zendesk and Jira ensuring that all orders and tickets are actioned within SLA targets
- Coordinate with clinicians to ensure that aged orders/tickets are actioned as a priority
