As a Band 7 Pharmacist, you will act as a critical link in the multidisciplinary team, ensuring therapeutic efficacy and precision in complex clinical decision-making.

• Clinical Delivery: Lead comprehensive medication reviews and provide expert pharmaceutical interventions to optimise patient care pathways.

• Quality & Compliance: Maintain rigorous adherence to GPHC standards and Trust-specific protocols to ensure the highest levels of patient safety. 
• Skills: Coordinate seamlessly with medical and nursing staff to streamline discharge planning and departmental workflow. 

Requirements

• Background: Relevant experience in a UK-based Pharmacy setting, with Right to Work in the UK.
• Credentials: Mandatory MPharm Degree (or equivalent) and current GPHC registration.
