Job Title: Hormone Therapy for Transgender, Non-binary and Gender Diverse (Trans+) People

Are you an experienced Independent Prescriber passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ and gender-diverse communities? We are seeking a skilled professional to provide gender-affirming hormone therapy for trans, non-binary, and gender-diverse (trans+) people.

This is a locum, remote role offering the opportunity to join a values-driven, multidisciplinary team committed to safe, evidence-based care in line with WPATH Standards of Care, Endocrine Society Guidelines, and ICD-11.

About the role:

• Provide hormone therapy assessments, prescribing, and ongoing monitoring for adults and youth in line with international best practice
• Work closely with counselling and medical teams to ensure safe, compassionate, and informed care
• Support patients’ diverse transition goals, including microdosing, monotherapy, or standard hormone regimes

Requirements:

• Registered Independent Prescriber with experience in LGBTQIA+ and gender-diverse care Hormone Therapy 
• Knowledge of gender-affirming hormone therapy protocols, clinical monitoring, and safe prescribing practices
• Commitment to inclusive, evidence-based, and patient-focused healthcare
