We're now looking for compassionate, dedicated Social Care Workers to support vulnerable individuals across residential, disability and community settings in Kildare.

The Role:

Duties vary by placement, but typically include:

• Direct care and support: assisting clients with personal hygiene, medication management, and daily living activities

• Care planning: collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and review individualised care and placement plans

• Advocacy and brokerage: empowering clients to make decisions and connecting them to resources like housing, education, or healthcare

• Behaviour and life skills: helping clients manage challenging behaviours, cope with trauma, and develop interpersonal and life skills

• Home and household management: organising daily household tasks, meal planning, and basic household budgeting

What we're looking for:

• CORU Social Care Registration/Pin (candidates with a CORU application in progress are also welcome to apply)

• Minimum Level 7 qualification in Applied Social Studies in Social Care or a relevant discipline

• Right to live and work in Ireland

• Full clean driving licence

• A person-centred approach with a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable individuals

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexibility, reliability, and the ability to work as part of a team
