We're currently recruiting Registered Nurses to work across a range of acute hospitals, community services, residential facilities and specialist care settings in Dublin.

The Role

As an agency nurse, you'll provide safe, compassionate and high-quality care while adapting to a variety of clinical environments. Duties vary by placement, but typically include:

• Assessing patients and delivering evidence-based nursing care
• Developing, implementing and reviewing individual care plans
• Administering medications and treatments in accordance with clinical policies
• Monitoring patients' progress and responding promptly to changes in their condition
• Collaborating with doctors, allied health professionals and wider multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best patient outcomes
• Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring all documentation is completed to a high standard
• Supporting patients and their families with clear communication, education and reassurance
• Promoting dignity, respect and patient safety in every aspect of care

What We're Looking For

• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) [confirm with compliance whether applications in progress can be accepted]
• Right to live and work in Ireland
• Full clean driving licence (desirable for community-based positions)
• Excellent clinical, communication and organisational skills
• A compassionate, professional approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
• Flexibility, reliability, and the ability to work across a variety of healthcare settings and shift patterns
