Milestone reward claims

For the purposes of these rewards, “calendar year” means 1 January to 31 December. Milestone rewards earned by reaching the applicable hours threshold during a calendar year must be claimed by the candidate no later than 31 March of the immediately following year. To claim a reward you must submit your request via the loyalty portal (or specify the exact claim method if different). Claims received after 31 March are forfeited and will not be honoured, except where otherwise required by law. All milestones must be achieved within the same calendar year to qualify.

No automatic fulfilment

Milestone rewards are not issued automatically. The candidate must actively request the reward in accordance with the claim process and within the stated deadline. Failure to submit a valid claim by 31 March following the relevant calendar year will result in loss of the earned reward.

Changes, suspension and withdrawal

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the milestone rewards programme or any individual reward at any time, including changing eligibility criteria or deadlines. Changes will be posted on the loyalty page and, where reasonably possible, notified to candidates. Rewards that have been earned but not yet claimed may be affected by such changes only if we give at least 30 days’ notice; however, once a reward has been validly claimed in accordance with these terms, it will not be revoked except where required by law.
