Job title: District Nurse

Location: Bristol

Salary: £22 - £30 P/H

The Role

• Conduct home visits to assess patients' health needs and provide care

• Administer medications and treatments in a home setting

• Manage chronic conditions and provide ongoing monitoring

• Offer wound care, injections, vaccinations

• Provide support and education to patients and their families

• Act as a liaison between patients and the wider healthcare team

• Coordinate care and services for patients within the district

• Advocate for patients' healthcare needs and access to resources

• Contribute to public health initiatives and health promotion programmes

• Keep accurate patient records and documentation

• Respond to emergencies and provide urgent care when necessary

Nursing Requirements

• NMC registration

• 6 months’ experience within a UK healthcare setting

• Right to work in the UK
